This has to be the most invigorating facial/skin product I have ever purchased. It's gentle enough to use on your face and will leave it polished and smooth (note: use only once a week if you have dry skin!). If you've had a long day at work, or have been at the mall X-mas shopping all day, grab the ocean salt scrub. Rub it all over your feet for an instant foot massage and don't forget to rub your hands, as well! You will soon decide this is another Lush product you cannot live without...

Summary : LUSH is okay but I have found I like MELT better...

I have tried the LUSH products and found them kinda good but then my friend introduced me to the MELT product line. Any benefits I thought I was getting from LUSH... out the window. Their products seemed, all the sudden, unimpressive. And I really like that MELT is Denver based! Try them out and see what you think for yourself (If you aren't here in Colorado I know they have online products too) and make your own choice. I recomend them though and I have told everyone I know to switch! :-)

Summary : This is THE best.

I have some dry bumpy bits at the top of my arms that have been resistant to any scrubby product I've ever tried to use, but buffy got my skin so smooth! Amazing, and highly recommended. Soak in the tub/shower/whatever so the hot water softens up your skin, then scrub away. The small bar lasts 2 or 3 uses; the large is twice as big. The small one is more reasonably priced for people who just want to sample the stuff.

This thing has lots of great little scrubby bits in it. Ground rice, ground almonds, AND adzuku beans. Not just one, but three, and they are all super-scrubby. You'll be a little red when you're done, but it's SO worth it once you've cooled off and your skin is as smooth as a baby's bottom.

The only downside is that it makes your tub look like somebody dumped sand into the bottom of it once the thing drains. The bar melts at around 'hot water' temperature, and you're not supposed to use any moisturizer after using this stuff - but you really don't have to! The moisturizing oils in the bar really do work very well. I'll definitely be picking up a couple more of these.

The cocoa butter/lemon/lavendar scent is really amazing as well. Soothing AND refreshing, it can wake you up in the morning or calm you down at night before you go to sleep. Definitely try this thing, though, if you're looking for ultimate exfoliation plus moisturizing!

Summary : Great smell, but didn't really work

The smell is fantastic. LUSH has the best smelly stuff. I have curly, long hair and have found that LUSH conditioners don't work for me. I've tried most of them and they don't condition as well as salon, or even most drugstore conditioners. I'm not sure why they don't work well, they just don't. I wouldn't buy it again, but I give it 2 stars for the lovely smell!

After discovering Lush products on Amazon.com, I have fallen in love with them. All of them, that is, except for this one. When I received the product, I was unsure of the scent but decided to give it a chance anyway. The flower petals were awful. I felt like there were bugs in my bath. They were sticky and gross and very difficult to wash out. So, use a stocking to enclose. Then the smell changed from ok to awful floral-scented bug spray. I did feel like I was in a garden. The water was brown. Ugg!! Buy with caution. And check out lush.com for other feedback.

huge bath bomb almost baseball size. fizzed for quite a while. but do be aware that there are a lot of lavender bits in the fizzy. i have to clean my tub out cause i didn't read the label before i dropped it in. oops. smells alot like dreamtime melt.

I fell for the hype, bought this overpriced shampoo
It left my wet hair feeling completely dehydrated, and even their also highly priced "Jungle" conditioner was used in enormous amounts, it just left my hair dull and dried out.
I returned both the shampoo as well as the conditioner, and the deodorant which I had purchased that gave me rash right away, 2 weeks ago, and I still have to hear from them.

This is my all time favorite of the LUSH line! The scent is hard to describe.. and I wasn't too crazy about it when I first bought it, but it has come to be one of my most favorite scents! I'm hooked! This is also the only shampoo that the smell stays in your hair ALL day, even after using Conditioner.. It's so light and fresh.. simply amazing.

I bought Sonic Death Monkey to make my boyfriend laugh. Well, the joke was on me, because this quickly proved itself as the greatest shower gel I've ever purchased. It's similar to Philosophy's 3-in-1 products. You can't help but have a wonderful day if you kick things off with some Sonic Death Monkey in the shower -- the chocolatey-coffee smell has a fresh lime tinge underneath. It's indulgent, clean and yummy all at the same time. You won't be disappointed, believe me.

Summary : Favorite brand of nail polish

An extensive palette of colors from sheer, opaque, shimmery and glitter. This polish applies very smoothly, for most colors, two coats is enough. With care this polish can last up to two weeks without chipping (minus gaps on the bottom due to growth) some of my favorites include Fiji, a very pretty pale pink, Ballet Slippers a lovely cream color, Lady Godiva, the perfect deep chocolate brown thats been so *IN* for the last couple of seasons, Watermelon, a strawberry-coral color that i LOVE for summer and A-List, the most gorgeous dark red apple/cherry color. even though they are different hues they all apply fantastically, no streaks lumps or bubbles and they do not stain your nail (if-god forbid-you dont put on a clear base coat first). the other thing is these colors are great for all skin tones, my skin is considered peach/creme in the winter and goes towards tanned/olive in the summer so some colors can look ridiculous on me during certain times of the year but essie has a huge variety of shades that are just slighly different from one another so you are sure to find the color you wanted that will also complement your skintone.

First, its is not silky- it is a tad gritty. And second, once applied to the body, there is chalk residue on my hands. Like I just used the black board.

Summary : First foundation I've loved!

This isn't greasy or drying and the color match for me is great. I use Vanilla Beige and have had a very hard time finding a color that didn't turn ashey on me or look too yellow.
I'd recommend trying to find this foundation first locally so that you can be sure of the color. Sunny Beige did turn grey on me. That isn't to say it would do that on you, just that you need to try it in person (and give it at least 15 minutes to set) before you know for sure.

Summary : Complete waste of money

It was difficult to work with; I tried creating a cream by rubbing the bar between my wet hands, but it's not a very emollient bar. It was almost impossible to run a comb through my hair afterwards, and it left my hair limp and lifeless. The bar is quite strongly scented, which is unfortunate; what may smell nice to one person might give someone else a headache, so I try to avoid heavily-scented products.

I love the idea of using a solid conditioner, because it cuts down on packaging and is easier to take to the gym, but this left me really disappointed.

Summary : Excellent coverage

Along with Chanel, this is one of the best oil-free foundations I have ever used. It really gives a flawless coverage and the color stays true even after several hours. It is highly pigmented and the coverage is buildable so you can apply it sheer to heavy depending on your skin need. I have combination skin and I find that my t-zone doesn't get oily too quickly. Another thing I like is the pump bottle which is more hygienic. I find that my skin also looks great in photos when I'm wearing this.

However, make sure that your skin is well-moisturized because this tends to highlight dry areas. Also, if your skin is prone to breakouts, ask for a sample first to see how your skin reacts. When I first started using this, I ended up breaking out after a couple of weeks that's why I switched to Chanel. But I guess it's different for everyone because my friend, whose skin is more sensitive than mine, doesn't seem to have any problem. I'm currently alternating this with my Chanel foundation and so far haven't had any problems.
