The first thing that needs to be considered here is that by buying the Butterball ballistic and Floating Island melt separately, you'll save almost $2, BUT less than $2 for wrapping and a nice label (and cute wrapping at that), really isn't unreasonable, especially when compared to the differences in price in other Lush gifts.

Now, if you're getting this for yourself, you might as well go for the goodies on their own and save the money, but if you're getting this as a present, this is a decent deal. :)

That being said, I'm tempted to buy one for myself because the wrapping paper is so cute and I love both Butterball and Floating Island (what's not to love?) so nothing in here would go to waste...yes, it's true, I'm not listening to my own advice here.

Summary : not worth the money

I bought the cream hoping to get rid of, or at least lighten stretch marks from pregnancy. I have used it three times a day for 3 months and have seen no results. It smells horrible and having to apply 3 times a day is really a pain in the hind parts. I was very optimistic after reading some of the other reviews. I'm now very disappointed. If something sounds too good to be true, it is.

i love this product, it smells great and feels awesome on my skin. i didn't like the HIWTK soap as much (even though it's the same scent) but in this bomb it smelled a lot more intense and distributed a lot better. the yellow ring it leaves in the tub is a bit annoying, but it's worth it in my opinion

Summary : I love Lush, but this is not my favorite bath bomb

The sea salt, lemon oil, and lavendar oil are a relaxing, yet invigorating combination. On top of that, it turns the water a bright blue like the ocean which is very appealing. But, my complaint about this product is the mess that it leaves in your bathtub. The strands of seaweed stuck all over my bathtub and were not very easy to clean. It kind of took the enjoyment and relaxation out of it. For a less messy but just as enjoyable bathtub experience I recommend their Bathos bubble bar instead.

I am completely in LOVE with this bubble bar!
This was the first LUSH item I have ever used. I was put off initially because patchouli was one of the scents in it, I am not a fan of that tree hugging hippy stink. WOW, was I wrong!
Taking a bath with Karma Bubble Bar is seriously heaven on earth. It has tons and tons of bubbles and it lasted throughout the whole bath. Not only will *you* smell absolutely delicious, your house will too. I can't recommend this enough.
Go get it, NOW!!

Summary : Great shampoo

This stuff lathers really nicely and smells great. I have fine hair and I don't need a conditioner after using this. My hair feels so smooth I keep touching it! You must keep the bar in a dry place between shampoos. I would buy this product again.

Summary : Relaxing, purple, fruity bath

This is my favourite Lush bath bomb! It does everything you want a bath bomb to do - it smells great, a fruity (but not blackberry) scent, it turns the bathwater into a cool purple colour, and it fizzes lots! Also it's very relaxing which we can all do with these days. And in the end of the fizzing - you get a small surprise... Don't read this next bit if you want to find out for yourself. It's a little piece of paper that says "BOMB!"

I prefer the bubble bars because I like bubble baths and also they are more economical as you can break them up and use them for more than one bath, but sometimes throwing a whole bomb in is a treat in itself.

For a really indulgent experience, try 1/3 of a Creamy Candy bubble slice with the Blackberry bomb - it makes purple bubbles and smells so yummy. But only for those who like strong scented baths I think...

Summary : Absolutely gorgeous!

I was somewhat reluctant to try this new deodorant from Lush, because I've had bad reactions to some of their other deodorant products (stinging, irritation) - but I got a sample in a Lush shop a while ago and have fallen in love with its gorgeous scent, fabulous texture, staying power and effectiveness! I'm not the type that sweats a lot, even in the summer, and switching to a straight deodorant from an antiperspirant has been less of an issue than I thought at first - even in the past few days of 90 degree heat here in Boston!

This is a fabulous product, without all those harsh and potentially harmful ingredients in so many other deodorants - be sure to try some of Lush's other fantastic, natural products while you're at it. They have creative solutions to so many skin/body care problems - and you can feel good about what you're putting on your body!

Summary : Under-eye circles are gone!

Normally I have terrible huge bags under my eyes and they are always accentuated by nice dark circles too! This pen was like a godsend! It helped to minimize the darkness and the appearance of circles almost instantly. It's easy to apply and blends quickly. It's not a rich shimmer, it just does an excellent job of reflecting. This is a must-have for anyone who has the same type of under-eye bags and darkness that is often attributed to lighter skinned people. This is a huge helper and worth the $30 investment.

Summary : Perfect Nails

When they created the Essie nail polishes they sure did their research. Each coat goes on perfectly (no clumping/uneven drying/drying too fast/drying too slow) and there are four main steps for perfect nails.

The polish goes on like a dream if you first start with the Essie Millionails, a creamy nail strengthener that can be used as a base or top coat. I also top this with the Essie protein base coat, for more nail fortifying as it contains hydrated silica and collagen. The "Curve Ball" color is an especially luminous pink with a delicate shimmery finish. I can't wait to try additional colors!

One coat is enough if you are in a hurry and your nails will dry super fast with the "To Dry For" polish-drying top coat.

To enhance your manicure/pedicure, also look for Gena's Pedi Care with Peppermint Oil. If you are doing the entire "taking a bath and pampering yourself" before you do your nails routine, then look for LUSH Golden Slumbers bath ballistic or any of the bath ballistics as they make your bathing experience a true pleasure and are very relaxing.

Summary : Really works.

This stuff really works. This is the only product that I have ever used in my life that gives me this shine and soft texture. I always use salon brand products, hot oil treatment, treatment at salons and they were never this noticeable.

I like the smell. It's nothing familiar or fruity. It's a natural scent. I like it. I would definitely buy this brought again. I wish the product was a little bigger though.

Love all of the items in Laura Mercier's spring collection - Sheer Madness. "Sheer" is the operative word here - the makeup is subtle, refined and very flattering.

The stick gloss rates a ten and all A's from me. What's not to like about a lip treatment that soothes, smooths, plus adds color and fullness? Stick gloss is a combination of lip balm, lip color, and lip glaze - a three in one winner.

My favorite colors are Peony, a deep rose, and Poppy, a festive crimson. When applied each color is much sheerer than the tube color indicates. For instance, the Peony appears to be a burgundy tone yet on the lips it is a lovely rose.

Perfect warm weather tones.

This massage bar has the most gorgeous scent! I bought one about three weeks ago and it is slowly dissapearing from constant use! Try using it as a base for sultry perfumes like Prada - it smells great together! Oh, and it really does help sore muscles!

Summary : Now THIS is what I was looking for!

When I buy something jasmine scented, THIS is the scent I am looking for but rarely find. If you have tried Lush's 'Flying Fox' shower gel, this smells very similar but without the slight bitterness that accompanies 'Fox'. However, it is VERY strong, so if you have a sensitive nose it may be too much for you. I keep mine in zip-loc type bags in the cupboard and you can still smell it well down the hall. It does contain glitter, but little actually sticks to you unless you mix it with bath melts/oils or use a body butter while bathing. I wouldn't care if it did, this bath ballistic puts be in Jasmine Heaven!

Summary : Simply Amazing!

This is my all time favorite of the LUSH line! The scent is hard to describe.. and I wasn't too crazy about it when I first bought it, but it has come to be one of my most favorite scents! I'm hooked! This is also the only shampoo that the smell stays in your hair ALL day, even after using Conditioner.. It's so light and fresh.. simply amazing.
