Summary : I'm such a Lushie...

Love, love, love the Ocean Salt. I have very, very dry skin, actually I have psoriasis. I use this to exfoliate my rough patches on my knees and elbows (haven't tried on my face as a cleanser), and it works great at removing all my dead skin. I then moisturize with Dream Cream (another wonderful Lush product) and these 2 products alone help keep my psoriasis under control without using my prescribed lotions.

If you are contemplating purchasing any Lush product, I say go for it. I have been a Lushie for about 3-4 years now (since my trip to the UK), and I have very rarely been disappointed in their products. Be aware that all internet purchases for Lush are shipped from their manufacturing facility in Vancouver, so unless you are willing to pay a bit for expedited shipping, expect a long wait time for delivery.

PS: And, no, I do not work for Lush, I just love their products and their business ethics.

Summary : It's the best!

I get complimented by dates for having soft skin and this is the secret. I combine it w/ Nivea Q10 lotion, which is non-greasy and the combination leaves my skin ultra-soft.

A tip in using this is to cut it up into little squares before you use it. Each little square will be 1-2 uses. If you get the biggest size, you should cut it into slabs first, then make squares out of those. It's expensive, but it'll last for quite a while if you do this.

Summary : Complete waste of money

It was difficult to work with; I tried creating a cream by rubbing the bar between my wet hands, but it's not a very emollient bar. It was almost impossible to run a comb through my hair afterwards, and it left my hair limp and lifeless. The bar is quite strongly scented, which is unfortunate; what may smell nice to one person might give someone else a headache, so I try to avoid heavily-scented products.

I love the idea of using a solid conditioner, because it cuts down on packaging and is easier to take to the gym, but this left me really disappointed.

This is an ugly soap, made of calamine with flower petals on top. It absolutely will dry up pimples and keep sensitive skin calm. There are a lot of good natural items in here, like rose and calamine and calendula. There is also detergent (sls) so your skin may find this drying. But it does work.

after i purchased some items at a lush store for the first time, and didn't like either the first tries, i gave the butterball a try. and i must say, it got me hooked. it smells wonderful and is so creamy and soothing. so i gave some other products a shot - and consider myself a "lushy" now.

Summary : Cleans and purifies skin

The charcoal in this soap acts as a sort of rasp for exfoliating dead skin cells. The licorice extract soothes and rehydrates. This is a very good soap if you have minor break-outs or oily skin. If you are very sensitive, you might want to try Fresh Farmacy instead (it has calamine lotion.)

The first time I used this I had to check the packaging after scooping it into my hair to make sure I'd bought shampoo (I was trying something new and purchased it in Germany, my German being so-so).

The texture is very strange, they're not kidding about the large amount of salt crystals... it feels more like a body scrub.

The smell is very odd, too, and non-clinging. Expect your conditioner to be what puts a scent into your hair, this really won't at all.

It works wonders on the hair. Much more volume, squeaky clean. It quickly became a favorite of mine. If you're prone to dryer hair, then definitely invest in a good conditioner or use this as a once or twice a week pick-me-up for your hair.

The sea salt, lemon oil, and lavendar oil are a relaxing, yet invigorating combination. On top of that, it turns the water a bright blue like the ocean which is very appealing. But, my complaint about this product is the mess that it leaves in your bathtub. The strands of seaweed stuck all over my bathtub and were not very easy to clean. It kind of took the enjoyment and relaxation out of it. For a less messy but just as enjoyable bathtub experience I recommend their Bathos bubble bar instead.

Summary : Good, but not worth my money next time...

I bought this on the recommendation of the make up salesperson when I asked what the two must have products from Laura Mercier were.

It was my first primer purchase, and, to be honest, I doubt I'll ever buy another one. When I put this on I do agree that my skin does feel smoother and the primer in theory puts down a good groundwork for foundation.

However, I don't see any real difference in my skin after I put on my foundation that makes me think that this is doing something truly great. Maybe because I have a bit of a babyface this isn't as important for filling in lines/roughness etc. as for some others out there.

This is one purchase I'll probably skip next time around.

I finally ! Finally purchase some Lush products after reading so much from other customers. Im a total Bath/Beauty Product Guru and I did not think these fizzy ball were in the least bit great. They Fizz yes. But Pretty much thats it. The smell is awesome when they are in the cheap little sandwich bag they come in but once you plop that baby in the Tub..it disappears and I wasnt impressed at all! Sorry Lush! Thank God I didnt spend an arm/leg on them. It was like soaking in Plain water w/this Bomb. I also got Honey Bee and same thing..No big Whoop!
I wont purchase "Lush" Bath Bombs again. IT also takes to long for delivery.

Summary : Very Good Primer !

This is the first time that I have used a primer and today is the first day that I am trying this. So far it has kept my oily skin in check for 9 hours since I first put it on at 7 am. My skin is dewy but not oily and my makeup went on incredibly easy. I wear mineral makeup and had no application problems. This is definitely worth the price and the bottle is a really good size, so I know that it will last me awhile. By the way, A little bit goes a long way.

I was having a very bad week and the other day I fell down and today I was aching so much I didn't want to get out of bed. But, I had to and I figured today was a good day to try Wiccy Massage bar. It feels cool on the skin and you can smell the peppermint and cinnamon it smells really good. This product works because almost all my aches are gone. Highly Recommended!
